Urban Innovations was established in 1978, and has specialized in the adaptive reuse “loft” office market since their inception. UI currently manages over 1 MM RSF of commercial space.

As an owner-operated business since day one, Urban Innovations has always taken a hands-on approach to maintenance, capital improvement and the operations of our owned and managed buildings. Every decision we make is as if it were for our own home, because it is!
