Vendor Insurance Requirements

At no time may a vendor be allowed onsite without a valid Certificate of Insurance on file. Prior to the visitation or commencement of any work, we encourage you to check with our Building Management Team as to whether a Certificate of Insurance is on file or vendor access will be denied. Certificates can be emailed to cminsurance@urbaninnovations.com.

The following lists a quick reference of the minimum coverage requirements for vendors:

  • Certificate Holder: Urban Innovations, Ltd. 640 N Vel R. Phillips Avenue, Suite 210, Milwaukee, WI 53203

  • General Liability Insurance (each occurrence): $2,000,000

  • Automobile Liability Insurance: $1,000,000

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance (each occurrence): $3,000,000

  • Workers Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance: $500,000

  • Additional Insureds: NWC 331 Wisconsin LLC, NWC 331 Commercial LLC, NWC 331 Multifamily LLC, and Urban Innovations, Ltd. (Property Management) are listed as Additional Insureds with respect to the General and Umbrella Liability coverages referenced above on a primary and non-contributory basis as their financial interests may appear.
