Space Alterations

Any and all remodeling or alterations to tenant premises must be coordinated and pre-approved by our Management team. A written scope of work is required along with product specifications and a valid Vendor Certificate of Insurance of any subcontractors intending to perform the work. Municipal permits and trade licenses may also be required when applicable. You must receive written approval from our Management team prior to the commencement of any work .Some of the most frequently requested services are:

  • Space/furniture layout changes

  • Installation of supplemental/server room air-conditioning equipment

  • Touch-ups for paint on the walls and ceilings

  • Flooring upgrades/changes

  • Hanging of televisions/artwork

  • COVID-19 related safety installations
